Our Three Day Plan
This day will be spent taking in the general impressions of how things work in your office and interviewing. We use that as a baseline comparing it with where you want to be. We will be looking at what is being communicated intentionally and unintentionally to see how it aligns with your stated goals.
Dawn begins creating strategies for achieving your goals. Considering what you want along with the strengths and limitations we will devise a plan that can work for your specific office. We will meet with the doctor(s) that evening deciding the best course of action.
Time will be given to engaging the team in their part of the plan. This will be followed up with a written plan. Ongoing support is an available option we can then provide for those who want it to follow through.
